100% to Charity

We count it a privilege to be able to showcase God's majestic creation to the world. Part of the reason we love doing it so much is that we can give back to people in need, many of which include people that we photograph.

"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." - Matthew 6:19-20 (ESV)

The concept of storing up treasure in heaven resonates with us greatly. We see Compassion Gallery as an opportunity to do that—both by blessing people through photography, and by giving back through financial mediums.

100% of profits is not a sales pitch or a play on words, and it doesn't take a mathematician to figure out. It simply means "what's left over" (the surplus / balance) after we've paid for all our business expenses and taxes from the income we generate from sales.

Just like any organization (commercial or charity), there are normal operating expenses involved in running Compassion Gallery such as equipment, travel, employee compensation, cost of goods, transportation, marketing, advertising, taxes, etc. We are committed to being good stewards of those expenses in accordance with 1 Corinthians 4:2, Hebrews 13:5 and Titus 2:7.

Regarding the charitable initiatives we support, we focus on:

  • Caring for orphans and widows (James 1:27), specifically those who have fallen through the cracks of society
  • Providing food and water to those in need
  • Helping the world's most vulnerable people

Some of the organizations that we love include:

For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." - Galatians 5:14 (NIV)
